India Debates: Power politics for power grab?

It may take up to 15 days to fix the power crisis in Delhi, Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal said on Tuesday.<br />"The grid is outdated," he said at a press conference after holding a meeting with top officials and Delhi Lt.
